SPECIFICATIONS

Instruction:

1. First of all, the user should empty their bowels.

4. Lie on your side, curl your legs up to your chest.
5. Insert the massagers into the anus at a slow and comfortable speed. Do not be rough. When half of the massagers are in the anus, contract the anal sphincter. And push the massagers slightly, it will automatically slide to the position of the prostate.
6. Slow your breath, when inhaling, please contract the anal sphincter, and meanwhile push the massagers slightly, when exhaling, please release the anal sphincter, meanwhile pull the massagers.
7. Repeat step 5, massage the sphincter for 10-30 minutes, it is better that each time there would be prostatic fluid come out from the urethra. If no prostatic fluid comes out, please do not mind.
8. After the massage, please repeat step 2 to clean the massagers.
