Instructions for use:

Reference values for vaginal movement stage:
60N - Very poor (must strengthen exercise, it is recommended to use telescopic ball therapy for exercise)
60~80N - Poor (need to strengthen exercise, it is recommended to use a mature and enthusiastic ball for exercise)
80 ~ 120N - Moderate (requires moderate exercise, it is recommended to use smaller compact balls for training);
120 ~ 160N - Better (recommended to use smaller balls to further enhance training);
160N or above - Very good (you can use smaller compact balls for exercise).
