About color difference: Due to different monitor resolution settings and various other factors for each person, digital pictures will have more or less some color difference. We believe that whatever you do, you should be practical, so we hope to represent the real details of the product as accurately as possible through the pictures, so that what you see is what you get. The flat lay and detailed pictures are all taken by us in kind.
We have been continuously improving the photography effect, but due to different camera and monitor parameters, lighting, and other factors, it is still difficult to avoid color difference between the actual product and the photos, so please refer to the actual color.
Return and exchange policy
I. Returns and exchanges are acceptable in the following cases:
1. If the product is damaged, wrong item (color, style) is sent, item is missing, has large stains, is severely broken, etc., resulting in inability to sell, a return or exchange can be applied for. When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff for negotiation. If our company determines that it is indeed a quality problem, the resulting shipping costs will be borne by our company. Our company refuses to accept collect shipments. Please kindly help us pay the shipping fee first, and the incurred costs will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account via Alipay. (Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept it.)
II. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
1. Occasional small bubbles, scratches, minor flaws, etc. that do not affect sales are not considered quality problems. All glasses manufacturers cannot avoid such problems; there are no 100% perfect products.
2. Human-caused defects, product color difference, slow logistics, poor service attitude of the logistics company.
3. Problems based on the buyer's subjective judgment (e.g., "I don't like it," "It's not what I imagined," "It's different from others'," "The material doesn't meet my expectations," "The texture is not good," "It doesn't look classy," etc.)
4. There is a difference in color between shipments. Due to different batches each time, it is difficult to guarantee that the product color is exactly the same as the previous batch.
5. "Don't want to sell it anymore," "Doesn't sell well," "Can't sell it," "Got caught by city management," "Can't sell it," etc.
