1. Product Photography

All our products are photographed in kind. Due to factors such as lighting and digital imaging, there may be color differences between the pictures and the actual items. Also, accessories are shot at close range, so please do not judge the specifications of the raw materials in the product by visual size. Customers who are particularly picky about color differences should not place an order.

2. Product Returns and Exchanges

Please note to buyers that before all our factory's accessories are shipped, the quantity and quality of each accessory will undergo a double check by our inspectors and distributors. If individual problems are found, they will be immediately picked out and replaced. Please rest assured, buyers. Of course, we also recommend that you check the product quality as soon as you receive the goods. If there are any problems, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will be responsible for your return or exchange. For exchanges, please send the goods by express delivery. The buyer should pay the shipping fee first. After we receive the goods, we will transfer the shipping fee back to you in a timely manner. (Our factory does not accept any form of cash-on-delivery mail.) We will refuse all cash-on-delivery items. If the return or exchange is not due to quality issues, we will refuse to sign for it.
