How to choose a hard drive?
A hard disk is necessary for video recording. Thanks to H.265 High Efficiency Video Coding Technology, a 1TB Hard disk can continuously record about 30 days of video footage for 4 cameras, and 500G can record about 15 days for 4 cameras.
Auto Paired, True Plug and Play
Our WiFi Camera has been auto-paired at the factory. When you power on the Camera, the NVR will automatically pair with the Camera, making it ready to use in one step, very easy.
However, please connect the WiFi NVR to your WiFi Router through a Network Cable (Note: Unable to connect wirelessly). Please refer to the system connection diagram below;

How to remote view through Mobile phone?
1. You must download the ICSee APP on your mobile phone;
2. Open the software, register an account, and log in;
3. Click "+" to ADD Device (Scan QR Code Serial Number);
4. Add successfully, Live video.
How to manage the cameras through PC client?
1. Please use your mobile phone to scan the QR code below, and then click to download;
2. Please install VMS software on your computer, then log in to VMS Software, Username: admin, Password: admin.
3. Please click Device Manager-IPV4 Search-choose address of IP Camera- ADD-SAVE, Search and Camera successfully;
4. Click Live View, then click the IP Address of Default Group, then you will be able to watch Video.
FAQ
Q1: Does the NVR support wireless connection to the router?
A:
To ensure a stable and secure system connection, the NVR is designed to connect to your router via Ethernet cable.
This provides better performance and reliability than a wireless NVR connection.
Q2: Why do I need to connect the NVR to the router before using the ICSEE App?
A:
For remote viewing on the ICSEE App, the NVR must be connected to the internet first.
Please connect the NVR to your router using a network cable, then scan the QR code on the NVR in the ICSEE App.
Once connected, you can view your cameras remotely anytime.
If the NVR is not connected to the internet, cameras will still work locally, but will appear offline in the app.
Q3: What is the working distance of the WiFi cameras?
A:
In open areas without obstacles or interference, the average working distance between the NVR and each WiFi camera can reach 30–50 meters (98–164 ft).
In typical residential environments with walls, doors, or concrete structures, the recommended distance is 10–25 meters (33–82 ft) to ensure a stable connection and smooth video transmission.

The cameras do not connect directly to the router.
The cameras connect wirelessly to the NVR, and the NVR must be connected to the router via an Ethernet cable.
Physical obstacles such as walls, metal objects, or WiFi interference may reduce the effective transmission range.
