Q1: Is this real HD lace?
A: Yes, friend, our hair is skin-like real HD lace, ultra-thin and invisible, and melts into skin perfectly. HD lace with a serrated edge, easy to tear.

Q2: How to measure hair length?
A: We will double-check the hair type and length before shipment. For wavy and curly hair, please stretch it straight, then measure the hair from top to end.

Q3: Will the hair shed and tangle?
A: Shedding and tangling are normal phenomena in real human hair products, but we promise all of our hair has minimal shedding and tangling.

Q4: Why does the wig have some smell?
A: We promise no corn-chip chemical smell. The factory washes the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will apply hair oil before shipment to keep the hair in good condition during long delivery. The smell will disappear after washing with good shampoo and conditioner.

Q5: Why are the hair bottoms thin?
A: The ratio of the wig was designed by our factory, with longer back and a slightly shorter side part. For a more natural look, just like our own hair. Hope you understand.

Q6: Can I dye it another color and make another style?
A: Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed, bleached, and permed. However, frequent dyeing and perming will harm hair, and can even destroy hair. Please do not do this frequently.
