① When you need to see far and near for use, and there is ADD data in the prescription, please choose the progressive version.

② If you only need to see far or near for use, please choose a single version.

2. How to choose the refractive index of lenses (1.56/1.61/1.67/1.74)

（The higher the refractive index of the lens, the thinner the lens, and the more comfortable it is to wear）

① If the sum of your SPH and CYL numbers is less than 300 degrees, it is generally recommended to choose lenses with a refractive index of 1.56. Of course, lenses with a refractive index of 1.61/1.67 are also suitable, as they will be thinner and more comfortable to wear.

② If the sum of your SPH and CYL numbers is greater than 300 and less than 500 degrees, generally choose 1.61 lenses. Of course, 1.67/1.74 lenses are also suitable as they will be thinner and more comfortable to wear.
