1. Manual Squishy will be filled with contents as much as possible, so the internal pressure is high, and the sealing cover may be slightly tilted or have a gap. This is not the bursting of the contents, but a normal phenomenon, not a defect.
2. Because it is handmade, it may break, tear, lengthen, deform and damage the seal due to strong extrusion, excessive stretching and long-term use. Damage caused in the process of use will not be exchanged or refunded.
3.Squishy may contain air inside, just use a needle to pump air.
Please take it out slowly and gently when you take it out of the package.
The surface may be a little sticky, and it may tear or be damaged if it is pulled hard.
5. All goods are handmade, and there may be individual differences in color, size, shape and sealing.
6. In the process of manufacturing and packaging, tiny dust, foreign objects, bubbles, scratches and surface marks may appear, but they are not defects.
7. The following conditions are not the causes of defects:

Small scratches, spots, indentations
Fine bubble
Color difference, color difference
Shape asymmetry, recovery difference
Individual differences caused by manual production

8. Packaging materials (PVC self-sealed bags, OPP, plastic boxes, etc.) may be produced in the delivery process due to creasing, indentation, minor damage, etc., and are not used as reasons for replacement or refund.
9. Due to the material characteristics, it may smell, so it is recommended to ventilate for 2~3 days before use.
