# Motorcycle Sticker Instruction Manual
## I. Product Specifications
- Size: 20–30CM per sheet (suitable for side panels, fuel tanks, spoilers, etc.)

- Material: Outdoor-grade PVC sticker, waterproof, sun-proof, scratch-resistant, and wear-resistant
- Application: This sticker is universal and suitable for motorcycles, cars, bicycles, skateboards, laptops, luggage compartments, front and rear of vehicles, side doors, fuel tanks, plastic parts, metallic paint, carbon fiber parts, and other smooth surfaces.
## II. Preparation Before Application
1. Clean the Surface: Wipe the application area with water and a neutral detergent to remove dust, oil, and wax. Wipe dry with a clean cloth to ensure it is completely dry.
2. Environmental Requirements: Choose a windless, dust-free environment. The recommended temperature is 15℃–30℃. Low temperatures will reduce adhesion, and high temperatures may cause bubbles.
3. Alignment: Without removing the adhesive backing, place the sticker on the target location to confirm the angle and center position. Masking tape can be used for temporary fixation. ## III. Correct Application Steps (Dry Application Method)
1. Peel off the release paper from the back of the sticker, avoiding contact with the adhesive surface to prevent dust from causing loss of adhesion.
2. Starting from one end of the sticker, slowly apply it, using a scraper or a credit card to press and smooth from the center outwards to remove air bubbles.
3. After completely applying, repeatedly press and smooth the edges to ensure a tight adhesion between the adhesive surface and the car body.
4. If using transfer film stickers, after applying and pressing firmly, slowly peel off the transfer film at an angle, avoiding lifting the sticker.
## IV. Bubble/Wrinkle Handling
1. Small air bubbles: Prick small holes with a needle, squeeze out the air, and flatten.
2. Large wrinkles: Gently peel off and reapply; do not pull forcefully to avoid deformation.
3. Dust causing loss of adhesion: Rinse the adhesive surface with clean water to remove dust, let it dry, and then reapply.
## V. Post-Application Care
1. Do not wash the car, drive at high speeds, or expose to rain within 24 hours of application.
2. Avoid using a high-pressure water gun to directly spray the edges of the sticker within one week to prevent it from peeling off.
3. When cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth. Do not use hard brushes or strong acid/alkali cleaners.
## VI. Removal Methods
1. Slowly peel off at an angle at room temperature; it is less likely to leave adhesive residue.
2. Residual adhesive: Wipe with adhesive remover or alcohol, then clean with a soft cloth.
3. Difficult to peel off at low temperatures: Use a hairdryer on a low temperature to soften the adhesive layer before peeling off.
## VII. Precautions
1. It is not recommended to apply the sticker to new car paint that has not fully cured, damaged paint, matte surfaces, or rough textured surfaces.
2. The sticker should not obstruct headlights, license plates, or the driver's view to avoid violating traffic regulations.
3. Long-term outdoor use will cause natural fading over time, which is normal.
