• Toutes les étiquettes doivent être intactes
• Preuve d'achat requise (numéro de commande)

📦 COMMENT RETOURNER UN PRODUIT:
1. Contactez notre service client par email
2. Indiquez votre numéro de commande et la raison du retour
3. Attendez notre autorisation de retour (RMA)
4. Emballez le produit soigneusement
5. Envoyez-le à l'adresse fournie
6. Conservez votre preuve d'expédition

💵 REMBOURSEMENT:
• Traité dans 5-10 jours ouvrables après réception du retour
• Remboursement sur le mode de paiement original
• Délai bancaire: 5-10 jours supplémentaires selon votre institution
• Vous recevez un email de confirmation du remboursement

Les taxes douanières et la TVA ne sont PAS remboursables car elles sont payées à votre gouvernement, pas à nous. Nous remboursons uniquement le prix du produit et les frais de livraison initiaux (qui étaient gratuits).

At DOLLAR STORE SHOP, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ RETURN PERIOD:
• 30 days from date of receipt
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase required (order number)

📦 HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our return authorization (RMA)
4. Pack the product carefully
5. Send it to the provided address
6. Keep your shipping proof

💵 REFUND:
• Processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return
• Refund to original payment method
• Bank delay: 5-10 additional days depending on your institution
• You receive a refund confirmation email

⚠️ IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS DUTIES:
Customs duties and VAT are NOT refundable as they are paid to your government, not to us. We only refund the product price and initial shipping fees (which were free).
