Q1: Does the NVR support wireless connection to the router?A:To ensure a stable and secure system connection, the NVR is designed to connect to your router via Ethernet cable.This provides better performance and reliability than a wireless NVR connection.
Q2: Why do I need to connect the NVR to the router before using the ICSEE App?A:For remote viewing on the ICSEE App, the NVR must be connected to the internet first.Please connect the NVR to your router using a network cable, then scan the QR code on the NVR in the ICSEE App.
Once connected, you can view your cameras remotely anytime.
If the NVR is not connected to the internet, cameras will still work locally, but will appear offline in the app.

In open areas without obstacles or interference, the average working distance between the NVR and each WiFi camera can reach 30–50 meters (98–164 ft).
