Press and hold the power key to turn on the device. 
Power/cold air key: Press and hold for three seconds to turn on, press to adjust the wind speed level (1, 25, 50, 75, 100, 0). In the on state, press and hold for three seconds to enter wind speed adjustment (1 to 100), stop at level 100, press again to turn off. 
Hot air key: After turning on, press to adjust the heat level (1, 25, 50, 75, 100, 0), press and hold to enter heat level adjustment (1 to 100), stop at level 100, press to return to 0.
