The Flair 58 is a fully manual, professional-grade pull-lever espresso machine focused on extracting espresso at home and in the store to the maximum of workflow. The Flair 58 is the first coffee machine in Flair's product line to use a 58mm commercial coffee machine handle, redesigned with a more robust base and pull rod for easier extraction at higher pressures. The Flair 58's boil head comes with a heating device to preheat the tank. With three preheating (85-90-95) three temperature options, users can set different extraction temperatures according to needs. The main difference between the Flair58 plug-in version and the Flair58X unplugged version is the electric heating system of the flush head. The Flair58's three-stage preheating with a cooking head guarantees extraction temperatures.

Compared with the ordinary plug-in version 58,58 plus mainly has the following upgrades:

Flair58plus2 is the latest version of Flair58 three years after its launch.
The biggest update of this version compared to the previous version is that the PCB three speed adjustment temperature control is integrated into the front part of the base. The power adapter should use a smaller GaN power supply.
