Does it require Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity?
Yes. You’ll need to use your phone’s Bluetooth and the Energize Lab app to complete Eiliko's network setup. A Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot is required during this process.
What can the Energize Lab App do?
When setting up Eiliko for the first time, you’ll need to complete the network setup through the app. Once connected to Eiliko, you can adjust settings such as volume and screen brightness directly in the app.
Does Eiliko need an internet connection for AI chat?
For the AI chat features, yes, you'll need Wi-Fi. But don't worry, I also come with 10+ offline voice commands built-in for on-the-go fun!
Does Eiliko support other languages?
Currently, Eiliko supports English, Chinese, German, Korean, French, Japanese, Russian, Chinese (Taiwan). We are planning to launch multilingual versions in the future. Stay tuned for our updates and improvements!
Can Eiliko's pairing be reset?
Nope! Each of us Eilikos can only be paired once in our lifetime. We're loyal to one and one only!
Is Eiliko portable?

Can I change its outfit?
Absolutely! Just gently twist and pull to swap to my body for your favorite theme.
Will swapping the themed body affect anything other than appearance?
Each themed body comes with its own unique personality and animations! A new outfit gives me a whole new mood, too.
Will changing my phone affect the pairing?
It has no relation to the mobile phone used by the user. The “once-in-a-lifetime” pairing refers to the couple ID pairing between two Eilikos.

The mystery box only contains theme bodies from Spinkit I and Spinkit II.

Eiliko mystery boxes are sold as blind boxes, so the items are random and specific items cannot be chosen individually.
What is the expected battery lifespan of Eiliko?
Eiliko’s battery is designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 300 to 500 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions.
How long does it take to charge Eiliko?
The recommend charging time for Eiliko is 40 minutes.
How long does Eiliko last on a full charge?
A full charge provides up to 150 minutes of continuous use. Withintermittent use, standby time can be significantly longer.
What happens when Eiliko's battery reaches the end of its lifespan?
During the warranty period, we offer free repairs or replacements forany battery issues. After the warranty expires, battery replacementservices are available for a fee to keep your Eiliko running smoothly.

Which languages will be added in the future?
