Q1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service. We have specialized in this field over 13 Year.

North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia etc.

Q3.How does your factory control the quality?
All the material purchasing and production quality control are strictly following the in-house quality control IQC, PQC and QA, we
also applied different certificates for our products, such as ROHS, CE , UL and so on to ensure all our products are in good
quality and submit to the safety certificate of different market.

Q4.will you supply samples?
We are honored to offer you samples, the sample charge and shipping cost will be pay by buyer, you can pay from Paypal and TT,
normally the samples can be ready in 3-7days. We can refund the sample fee when you place the order more than 500pcs.

Q5: What kind of package do you offer?
The products are packed with gift box first and then in export box to make sure the products are in good condition for storage and
shipment.

Q6: What kind of shipment ways are available?
1.By sea to your nearest port.
2.By air to your nearest airport.
3.By express(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS) to your door.
If customers have their own express account number, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcome. We will provide you
a tracking No. after we ship the goods, so that you can track the goods conveniently.

Q7: How long it will take to delivery the products?
If we have the products in stock, we will delivery them within 5 workdays once we get your payment.
If we do not have in stock, we will delivery them before the deadline.

Q8. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Normally we accept T/T (30% deposit before production and the rest before shipment ), also we can make L/C or other payment termif
request.
