About Shipping
A. We usually ship within three business days after receipt of your payment. We usually ship by the method you choose in the order.

B. We provide customization, but the MOQ is 500packs. If you need it, please leave us message to inform us the size and styles that you want, we will send goods by your details, or we will send by random.

C. Please send complete correct address & phone number and we will be willing to calculate shipping cost for you. Mixed colors and models are both welcomed in our store. We will do combined shipping for you.

D. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Return & Refund
A. The buyer should offer the evidence of the problem in items.

B. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping charge.

C. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items.
