What you purchased is the model inside the box, not the box. 
Any after-sales service based on box damage will not be accepted by the store.
we will not accept refunds initiated due to the damage of the product box. Please consider carefully vefore making a purchase, thank you!
If you need, you can buy option (Reinforced), and I will add box protection for you.
For valuables, please record a complete unpacking video (showing unopened packages and logistics orders-opening packages-showing unopened product boxes-opening product boxes-checking internal products). In order to avoid cheating, the factory requires a complete video for after-sales service. (No video will not be sold after sale)
