What is the solder mask ink oil?

• Solder mask insulating varnish on printed circuit board.

• A liquid photo solder resist ink oil is an acrylic oligomer.

• As a protective layer, it is applied to the circuit and substrate on which the printed circuit board does not need to be soldered, or used as a solder resist.

• The purpose is to protect the formed line pattern for a long time.

Industrial applications:

• Prevent physical disconnection of the conductor circuit.

• Welding only in the parts that must be welded to avoid solder waste.

• It has high insulation and makes it possible to increase the density of the circuit.

• Reduce copper contamination of the welding trough, can shield the copper foil on the board from the air to prevent oxidation of the copper foil.

• Anti-corrosion & Anti-oxidation(Prevent deterioration and corrosion of insulation due to external environmental factors such as dust and moisture.)

• In the welding process, the short circuit caused by the bridge is prevented.(Prevent the solder from spreading along the copper foil or causing a short circuit during the production process.)

Instructions:

• Substrate treatment: Acid treatment, brush washing, drying.

• Screen printing: use the screen version of 36T ~ 51T.

• Pre-bake: temperature is 75±2°C, time is 40~50mins, hot air circulation is dry.

• Exposure: 300-500mj/cm2.

• Imaging: imaging solution: 0.9-1.1%, sodium carbonate, temperature: 28-30 ° C, spray pressure: 1.5-3.0 kg/cm2.

• Post-baking: temperature is 150 ° C, time is 60 mins, hot air circulation curing.

• Due to the special nature of the material, the solder mask oil will not dry naturally. UV curing is required.

• The indoor temperature should be controlled at 20-28 degC, and the humidity RH30-60% is the best working environment.

• To wipe the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use industrial alcohol or industrial cleaner.

Precautions:

• Use only with adequate Ventilation.

• The product contains organic solvent. Avoid repeated contact with skin. If the product gets on your skin, wipe it off with alcohol and rinse thoroughly with water.

• In order to be cautious, in the operation, the smoke released by the solvent during operation should be avoided as much as possible, and the skin and mucous membrane tissues should not be contacted for too long. Avoid repeated breathing of vapor.

• Avoid contacting with eyes.

• Keep away from children.
