Prepare & Clean
: Thoroughly clean the kegel balls with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner. Dry completely before use to ensure hygiene.
Select Starting Size
: Begin with the lightest/smallest size (single ball) to acclimate your body, especially if you are new to pelvic floor training.
Lubricate (Optional)
: Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the surface of the ball for smoother insertion.
Insert Gradually
: Gently insert the ball into the vagina until it sits comfortably inside, leaving the retrieval string outside for easy removal.
Exercise & Train
: Perform daily pelvic floor exercises (squeezing and releasing muscles around the ball) for 10–15 minutes per session. As you build strength, progress to the next larger size.
Remove & Clean
: Gently pull the retrieval string to remove the ball. Clean and sterilize thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.
