*1. When LDAC is turned on/off on the APP, the earbuds will auto reconnect.
For optimal high-resolution audio experience, please use playback devices that support LDAC and audio sources with resolutions of 96kHz/24bit or higher.
Due to high-bitrate transmission, enabling LDAC may increase power consumption and causing choppy audio. It is recommended to disable LDAC in low battery situation or in environments with complex wireless signals (such as airport or train station).
iOS devices do not support LDAC.
*2. Due to the high data transmission rate of LDAC, when LDAC is turn on and connected to two devices simultaneously, please switch the LDAC mode to Adaptive or Focus on Connection Quality. If LDAC is set to Focus on Audio Quality (990kBps), the excessive data transmission rate of LDAC and the dual-device connection may cause unstable earphone connection. If this occurs, you can try to turn off the dual-device function or adjusting the LDAC mode to ensure normal use.
