Troubleshooting Tips: If problems occur during installation, how can I quickly determine whether the problem is with the product or with the wall surface? Ensure that the suction cup is clean and dry, then install the shower mirror on a smooth, clean and dry glass surface. If the sponge holder can be installed well to the glass, this means that the initial installation wall is not suitable for the suction cups. If the sponge holder doesn't work on the glass, it is possible that the protective cover has come off, caused the suction cups to be dusty, so you can clean it and use it again or contact customer service

[Warm Tip]: In order to ensure that the suction cups are effective, please ensure the installation location is clean and dry and free of grease. The dish sponge holder is ONLY stick on smooth, non-porous surfaces like metal, glass, tile, stainless steel and acrylic but NOT apply to uneven tiles, texture plate, unfinished marble, wallpaper, painted wall, etc
