2.Because of shipping restriction, we will remove the liquid (hand soap) before shipment. So the product you get will not have liquid(hand soap) included. Meanwhile, for your convenience to add hand soap , we do not Fasten the cap on the bottle.
3.If your hand soap is pretty thick,please mix 30% hand soap + 70% water, so the hand washer can work (you can also adjust the ratio between water and hand soap according to the actual situation).
4. Because the bottle mouth has a bayonet, the bottle cap cannot be rotated to install and remove. You can use a hair dryer to heat the cap, the plastic will soften, then use a knife or scissors to lift the cap out.
